How to service and repair the upper control arm bushing on Ford Explorer?

Maintenance of upper arm bushing will require raising the vehicle, loosening the nut, bolts, and flag nuts and discarding them. To take out the bushing, turn it upside down. Make sure that upper arm-to-frame bolts are correctly directed then tightened. Tightening of the bushing-to-arm nut should not be done until at curb ride height. Repeat the process and place the new bushing.
