Disengage the bolt holding the speed control servo after which move the parts away. You should disconnect the windshield washer hose from under the dash panel yet plugging its end will help prevent leakage. The electrical connector of the windshield washer pump requires disconnecting from the windshield washer reservoir while also disconnecting and plugging the overflow hose.
