How to service and repair the windshield washer pump and reservoir on Ford Explorer Sport Trac?

To fix windshield washer pump and reservoir, take out engine air cleaner and reservoir screws, and disconnect electrical connector. Work with the methanol solution with care, remove the washer hose, and seal up the outlets. Do not tear the rubber grommet, and follow the procedure in the opposite order to have new parts installed.
