How to service the windshield wiper motor on Ford Explorer Sport Trac?

In order to service windshield wiper motor, disconnect washer hose and cowl grille. Unbolt, unmount the wipers mount arm, and take out the motor and bolts. Install new motor and reconnect arms and reattach cowl grille and washer hose and adjust.
