How to service the rear window wiper switch on Ford Explorer Sport?

In order to repair the rear window wiper switch, one has to unscrew the screws on the instrument panel finish panel. Then take off the center finish panel and unconnect electrical connexions. Take the rear wiper/washer switch out by unscrewing the rear wiper/washer switch, de-mounting the bezel and dismounting the two tabs to loosen the switch. Installation is by reversing uninstall.
