The first step to service the windshield wiper motor includes removal of front wiper pivot arms then cowl grille panels starting with right-hand and left-hand sides. Tighten the three bolts which hold the windshield wiper assembly to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft) torque when reinstalling the parts.
