How to service the windshield wiper motor on Ford Explorer?

In order to service the windshield wiper motor, take off the wiper pivot arms and cowl grille panels. Take electrical connector and wiring harness out of the motor. Disassemble the wiper assembly and the connecting bolts and tighten them to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft) when re-installing. Lastly, take off the wiper motor, and reverse.
