Q: How to service the radiator grille and bumper cover on Ford F-150?
A: To replace Radiator grille and Bumper cover, remove Air Deflector all-pin-type intercooler radiator bracket retention. Next, unscrew the two bolts, and dismount the air deflector/intercooler radiator bracket of the vehicle frame. Put the intercooler radiator aside, and take out the screws that hold the bumper cover radiator grille. Installation In reverse.

A: To service the radiator grille, the hood must be raised using tool I6612, the service jack handle must be removed and the front upper Air Deflector removed. Take out the headlamps, combination lamps, and eight guard pin-type retainers made of stone and then ten radiator grille screws. Lastly, remove radiator grille and repeat the steps in installing.
