How to service the hood latch on Ford F-150 Heritage?

You will need to remove the radiator grille and the latch to service the hood latch by means of unscrewing bolts and detaching the cable. Install the new latch, use fingers to tighten the bolts, reconnect the cable and position the latch then tighten. Apply Multi-Purpose Grease Spray, where necessary and install the grille again.
