The Idle Control Valve can be repaired by first disconnecting the battery ground cable. Remove the Bolts of raise the accelerator control splash shield and Idle control Valve electrical connector. Then detach the throttle bypass hose and loosen the screws which fasten the valve. To install it, just follow the procedure in the opposite path of the removal procedure.
