How to Service the Rear Crossmember on Ford F-150?

In order to service the rear cross-member, elevate the vehicle and unscrew the two exhaust hanger bolts (tighten to 40 Nm), then the two heat shield bolts (20 Nm). Support the transmission, and then remove the support nuts (103 Nm), crossmember bolts (90 Nm). Undo it by going in reverse.

Take off the exhaust hanger bolts and heat shield screws, and then hold the transmission. Take out the transmission support nuts and crossmember bolts and replace them with those of certain torque values. Lastly, undo the uninstalling process and install again.
