How to service and repair the blower motor for different engine types on Ford F-250 Super Duty?

Removing retainers, insulator (6.0L Diesel engines) and disconnecting electrical connector of the vacuum pump, remove bolts and hoses to service the blower motor. In 5.4L and 6.8L engines, remove the speed control servo. Lastly, remove the ventilation tube and disconnect the blower motor and unscrew it and clean the wheel should it be used again. Installation Reverse the instructions.

How to service the blower motor on Ford F-250 Super Duty?

In order to service the blower motor, take off the RH lower instrument panel insulator and A-pillar trim cover. Get to the blower motor by uncovering the carpet and the insulator of the dash panel. Unscrew the vent tube and the electric connector, and turn and pull out the blower motor. Wash the wheel when reusing and repeat the process to put it in.
