In order to service the EGR valve, the air cleaner outlet tube and vacuum line, the bolts, and EGR bracket are to be removed. Un-tap the EGR tube and un-tap the valve, including the gasket. Clean surfaces, replace a new gasket and tighten bolts. Installation is finished by reconnecting components.
