How to service and repair the Harmonic Balancer on Ford F-350 Super Duty?

This is to service the crankshaft pulley, make sure that the vehicle is in neutral position on a hoist. Following the correct tools take off the accessory drive belt and crankshaft pulley. Wipe and rub with sealant then re-fit the pulley and thread the bolt in bits. Install the accessory drive belt once again and the cooling fan shroud.
