In order to service the Idle Control Valve, un-attach battery ground cable, and then the electrical connector and throttle bypass hose. Unscrew two bolts in order to remove the valve. Reassemble with good tightening of the bolts to 10 Nm and a 90 degree rotation and restart connection of the hoses and battery cable.
