To change the fuel rail pressure and temperature sensor on a 6.8L engine, use caution not to spill flames on fuel parts. Defuel, disconnect battery ground and pull out sensor. Install a new O-ring, lubricate and then install the sensor, tightening bolts to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
