    A: The front brake caliper service starts by taking off Brake Pads while removing the brake caliper flow bolt before setting aside the brake hose together with discarding the copper washers. Next, remove the brake caliper. You should use brake parts cleaner on the brake caliper-to-brake pad surfaces and remove all remaining adhesive while making sure the brake pad lining stays free from oil grease and fluid and brake fluid because contaminated pads must not go on. The brake pad installation requires all new hardware from the kit including spring clips and brake pads that should be fitted to the brake caliper anchor plate. Install the brake caliper flow bolt together with new copper washers while tightening it to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft). Proper seating of caliper pin boots prevents guide pin damage while preventing brake hose distortion when installing the brake caliper on the anchor plate. Fasten the two caliper guide pin bolts by tightening them to 60 Nm (44 lb-ft). After bleaching the brakes you should maintain engine operation while pushing down on the brake pedal at 89-133 N (20-30 lb) of pressure during one minute to achieve proper brake pad adherence. Testing of the brakes must be performed to ensure proper operation.
