When reinstalling the new nut, torque it to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.) values. Continued inspection of the strut mount and seat-bearing assembly must occur to check for crack or tear presence in the spring insulator alongside checking strut bearing movement for grinding noises and mounting the strut and spring assembly when necessary along with 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.) tightness. First decompress the spring so you can remove it after taking out the dust boot and jounce bumper. Sustain wheel camber by having the notch along with arrow on top strut mount facing toward the outer side of the locator tab on the strut. When adjusting to +0.5° camber position aim the notch and arrow toward the inside of the strut rod then line them up with the locator tab. Avoid tightening the strut rod nut too much because this could cause damage and ensure that both spring seats have the spring properly seated. After following the reverse order of steps from disassembly the assembly process can be finished.
