How to service and repair the engine oil dipstick tube on Ford Five Hundred?

To replace the engine oil dip stick and tube, loosen the oil level indicator and stud bolt and dispose of the O-ring seal. Fit new parts, tightening the stud bolt to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs. ) and a lubricated new O-ring seal and then reverse the unscrewing process.
