How to service and repair the lower control arm bushing on Ford Flex?

First mark the position of the bushing on the lower arm before taking it off and separating the lower arm bushing for service work. A Drive Pinion Bearing Cone Remover secures the lower arm bushing in place using a suitable press and adapters to detach it from the lower arm. You can install the lower arm by clamping it in the Drive Pinion Bearing Cone Remover and then placing its index mark onto the new bushing. Use the bearing removal tool to connect adapter tools then put in the fresh lower arm bushing on its designated placement.
