To service power steering pump belt, make sure there is no lubricants on the drive belt or pulleys. Take off an accessory drive belt, right hand wheel and splash shield. Take off the power steering pump belt with a Stretchy Belt Remover, and replace the belts with new ones before putting the parts back together.
