Use a clamp release tool to detach the radiator and heater hoses from the thermostat housing because it contains spring-style clamps. The service demands removal of three bolts that fasten the thermostat housing and integrated thermostat unit. Engineers should install the thermostat housing bolts at 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.) while applying clean engine coolant to lubricate the O-ring. End the process by putting back the assembly and performing the necessary cooling system filling and bleeding.
