In order to service the EVAP canister, place the vehicle on a neutral position on a hoist and unattached the battery ground cable. Unscrew the four mounting bolts, unplug the quick connect couplings and remove the canister. Installation Re-install the steps in reverse, affixing bolts with 7 Nm. Leak test.
