How to service and repair the A/C Condenser Core on Ford Fusion?

You will need to repair the HVAC condenser core, recover the refrigerant, de-mount the cooling fan, and to disconnect the condenser fittings. Put the cooling module back, disconnect the power steering hoses and disconnect the condenser. To install it, follow the above steps in reverse, install new gasket seals, lubricate with PAG oil, and refill the refrigerant system.
