How to service and repair the blower motor on Ford Fusion?

In order to service and repair the blower motor on Zephyr vehicles, it is necessary to remove the insulator of RH lower instrument panel first. Next, unplug the electrical connector of the blower motor and loosen the three screws that are attaching the blower motor. To install, one just has to reverse the steps of removal.
