How to service the heater core on Ford Fusion?

In order to service the heater core, begin by doing a pressure leak test in case of a leak. Disassemble the heater core, evaporator housing, unhook the wire harness and unscrew the heater core cover. Once the dash panel seal is removed, remove the heater core, and replace it with the new one by following the same procedure.
