To service the thermostatic expansion valve manifold and tube assembly, return the refrigerant in it, disconnect the power steering reservoir, and dismount the TXV manifold and tube. Unscrew fittings, remove old gasket fittings and screw tightly. Rebuild by undoing the previous steps, installing new gasket seals and refill the refrigerant system.
