How to remove and replace the front bumper cover on Ford Fusion?

Start the procedure of front bumper cover replacement for Ford Fusion and its equivalents by placing the vehicle on a hoist with the transmission in the NEUTRAL position. The first step entails removing six pin-type retainers placed at three points each side followed by eight fender splash shield screws installed as four points on each side. After that step remove 4 air deflector bolts from their places. You should remove the 5 bolts situated at the top of the radiator grille on the MKZ. Eliminate the 2 bolts and 2 pin-type retainers from the Fusion and Milan by unfastening these components on top of the radiator grille. The installation demands to disconnect the electrical components when fog lamps exist in the vehicle. The final step involves removing the front bumper cover before proceeding with installation by performing the opposite steps of removal.
