How to program the remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitters on Ford Mustang?

To program the RKE transmitters, unlock a vehicle with the transmitter or door switch, with the door of the vehicle open. Press the key to the OFF position and then the RUN eight times in 10 seconds. Press any button on each of the transmitters in 20 seconds to check programming. Cut the key off (until 20 seconds) to exit the programming.
