The first step for fan blade and clutch service and repair requires you to exercise caution when staying away from the fan clutch bi-metal strip to prevent any potential damage. First detach all bolts which enable you to lower both fan clutch and fan blade into the shroud cavity. After removing the two bolts from the vehicle users should lift the fan shroud assembly with its attached fan clutch and fan blade. Regular blade and clutch installation procedures should be performed in reverse order.
