    A proper front bumper cover uninstallation for Taurus, Sable and Taurus X begins with removing two front bumper cover scrivets and two front bumper cover bolts. Unfasten the forward wheel lip molding pieces that connect to both LH and RH wheel lip moldings. The removal of the fog lamps electrical connector should proceed followed by pulling the rearward upper section of the bumper cover to unclip it from the fender. The removal of the front bumper cover is possible by releasing the LH and RH wheel lip molding tabs. The bumper cover mounting reinforcements should get inspected for damage before installing new mounting reinforcements if damage is present. When finishing the process follow the steps previously used in removal.
