How to service and repair the front Wheelhouse liner on Ford Thunderbird?

Repairing the front fender liner would require first removing the 6 screws of the fender splash shield and the 4 pin-type retainers. The second step would be to remove 2 additional pin-type retainers and to remove the 2 front and rear fender splash shields. In order to reinstall, all that is necessary is to undo these steps.
