How to service the Parking Assist Distance Sensor on Ford Windstar?

In order to service the Parking Assist Distance Sensor, the first thing to do is to remove the rear bumper cover. Then unscrew the electrical connector of the sensor on the PAM and unscrew tabs and remove sensor. In order to install, just invert these steps.
