To install, unscrew the battery, loosen the tension of the belt and pull the belt out of the compressor pulley, substituting only with Lincoln spec parts. Disconnect the A/C Clutch connector, fasten the hub with a holding tool, and undo bolts and the snap ring. Slide the old pulley and hub off, fit the new one, press it to the full extent, attach the new snap ring, and set the air gap using a feeler gauge to factory specification, reconnect the wiring, replace the belt, check the alignment of the pulley, and start the engine to make sure that the A/C Clutch turns itself on quietly and the air is cold.
