How to Service the Air Suspension to Prevent Damage or Personal Injury on Lincoln Continental?

Use proper lifting equipment for the vehicle then drain the air suspension system. You should raise and support the vehicle when the system reaches its deflated state. Connectors for the air spring solenoid and air line can be detached after you push down the quick connect ring lock and extract the line. First lift the bottom of the air spring upwards before you depress the locking tabs on the bottom of the air spring seat then you can remove the air spring through this sequence of tabs depression and rotational motion. Perform the reversed removal steps for new air spring installation to secure its proper position.
