In order to fix the rear bumper cover, undo the luggage compartment trim and inner fender screws. Unscrew the bumper cover bolts of the back with nuts and tighten them to Nm 7 (62 lb-in) when attaching back. Lastly, unplug the electrical connector (where applicable), and follow the steps backwards to install.

To fix the splash shields on the fender, get the screws out of the splash shields, pull off the connector of the fog lamps and side markers and unscrew the screws of the bumper cover bracket. Open the ambient air temperature sensor and take away the radiator grille cover. The new bumper can be installed in reverse order.
