To prevent bolt and brace separation the technician should remove 2 bolts and the brace securing them at 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.) before maintenance ends. Replacements for insulators should happen before extracting the exhaust system and then proceed by removing the 2 exhaust hanger bracket bolts and assembling the hanger brackets for tightening at 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
