How to Remove and Replace the Brake Rotor/Disc and Front Brake Dust Shields on Lincoln MKX?

You should index-mark the brake dust shields to the wheel knuckle so you can align the new brake dust shields with the existing shield when copying the index mark. Extract the brake dust shields after cutting it before removing it from the wheel knuckle. Set the new brake dust shields on the wheel knuckle subsequent to matching its index marks before you attach it to the wheel knuckle. Reinstall the wheel bearing together with the wheel hub as the last step.
