How to Service the Side Marker Light on Lincoln MKZ?

All vehicles such as Fusion Milan and MKZ need to be positioned on a hoist while in neutral to service their side marker lamp. The service begins with removing the screw together with the fender splash shield access cover. The side marker lamp can be removed from Fusion and Milan after releasing the tabs while also disconnecting the electrical connector. The bulb holder needs one-eighth turn counter-clockwise rotation to unfasten for the MKZ before disconnecting its electrical connector and extracting the marker lamp from the headlamp assembly. Reverse the removal process when putting in the new marker lamp.
