How to Service the Side Marker Light on Lincoln MKZ?

In order to service the side marker lamp in Fusion, Milan and MKZ models, lift the vehicle in neutral. Take out the screw and splash shield cover. In Fusion and Milan, a release tab is located to break the connection between the lamp. In the case of MKZ, turn the bulb holder, disconnect it and pull out the lamp. Install the new lamp in reverse.
