Wipe with plastic brush and silicone remover. Use sealant and affix the retainer plate, and lubricate parts then reassemble them.

    A: In order to fix the front crankshaft seal, lift the car in neutral, pull out the cooling fan and remove the accessory Drive Belt. Take off the crankshaft pulley and seal and replaced by a new seal lubricated surfaces. Install a new bolt to secure the pulley in stages and then re-install a cooling fan.
