How to Service the Power Steering Cooler on Mercury Grand Marquis?

In order to service the power steering cooler, empty the fluid out of the reservoir, remove the retainers, battery, and cooling module bracket bolts. Unconnect the hoses of the return, disassemble the cooler and reverse the procedure to install it, but remember to fill the power steering system.

How to Service and Repair the Power Steering Cooler on Mercury Grand Marquis?

In order to service power steering cooler, you need to remove air cleaner assembly and then remove the bolts and brackets on both sides. Unscrew the hoses, slide the radiator backwards and take off the cooler. To be installed reverse the steps and fill the system, look to the leaks.
