How to service and repair the front bumper cover on Mercury Milan?

Starting front bumper cover repair or service of Ford Fusion, Mercury Milan and Lincoln Zephyr requires you to set the vehicle on a hoist with NEUTRAL engagement. Start by taking out the 6 pin-type retainers on three positions per side followed by the 8 fender splash shield screws that are positioned across four points on each side. Move toward the service and repair of the Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan and Lincoln Zephyr front bumper by extracting 4 air deflector bolts. Remove the 5 bolts which attach at the top section of the radiator grille for the Zephyr model. When replacing the radiator grille on Fusion and Milan vehicles remove two bolts along with two pin-type retainers that are positioned at the top. It is necessary to disconnect electric connectors from fog lamps if present on the vehicle. To install the front bumper cover you should follow the opposite steps of removal.
