How to service and repair the power seat switch on Mercury Milan?

Service and repair of the power seat switch starts by removing the driver interior door panel. Disconnection of electrical connector and subsequent release of four tabs will allow removal of the memory SET switch. The new switch installation process consists of following the opposite order of the removal sequence.
