How to Service and Repair the Wiper Switch on Mercury Montego?

In order to service the wiper switch, take the steering wheel off, then the instrument cluster finish panel and upper steering column shroud. Then remove lower shroud and de-connect electrical connectors. Lastly, loosen the multifunction switch and follow the procedure in reverse to install it again.
