To service the right hand exhaust manifold, make sure that the vehicle is in a neutral position on a hoist. Take out the EGR tube, the Y-pipe and the six nuts on the manifold. Take out the old nuts, gasket and studs. Install new studs, gasket and manifold and tighten to required torque then re-attach the Y-pipe and EGR tube.
