How to program the remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitters on Mercury Mountaineer?

The RKE transmitters are programmed to unlock the vehicle with the RKE transmitter or door switch when the driver door is open. Switch the key to OFF and to RUN eight times and stop. Press any one of the transmitters in 20 seconds to verify programming. Terminate program by switching the key to OFF or in 20 seconds.
