Service of the rear door window regulator starts by removing door trim panel and door pull through screw removal. Detaching the door speaker starts with unscrewing its fasteners followed by unplugging the multiplug. A plastic knife should be used to wedge open the watershield while slicing through the Butyl strip with precision to avoid damaging the adhesive for re-establishment. Place the window regulator handle into position before taking out the window retaining bolts while keeping them directly over the access holes. The glass should be in complete closure with support until regulator assembly bolt removal enables the assembly to stay at the doorway base. The regulator motor and manual regulator winder need to be taken out by removing three bolts or two bolts respectively to let the assembly sit at the bottom of the door. The window regulator handle and the window regulator must be taken away in the conclusion of this process. The end of installation calls for the opposite deployment process to be executed.
