How to service the rear door window regulator on Mercury Mystique?

Take rear door trim panel, pull and speaker out, and unconnect multiplug. Unstitch Butyl strip and peel back watershield. Re-fit switch, align holes in the access, take away window-holding screws. Take off battery, put off glass. Unscrew regulator and motor bolts, disconnect connector, remove regulator, plate nut and bushes. Reinstall in reverse.
