  A: The service of spark plugs begins with removing the ignition coil-on-plugs attached to the six plugs being serviced. The removal and installation of parts must only use hand tools because any other tools can lead to cylinder head or spark plug damage. Using compressed air to remove foreign elements is necessary before you begin removing the spark plugs. Inspection of the removed six spark plugs should be followed by a spark plug gap adjustment if needed. Hand tools should be utilized for the installation of the six spark plugs while their torques should be set to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). Finally, reinstall the ignition coil-on-plugs.
