    Q:
How to Service and Repair an Antenna Cable for Satellite Radio on Ford F-150? Posted by Customer
    A:
The glove compartment needs to be lowered fully by pressing its tabs inward for satellite radio antenna cable maintenance. Separate the link connecting the upper and lower satellite radio antenna cables. The process begins with right-hand A-pillar trim panel removal before proceeding to extract its three screws and right-hand sun visor retaining clip and sun visor while disconnecting any attached electrical connector. Climb beneath the headliner front section then unplug the satellite radio antenna electrical connector and remove the upper satellite antenna wire while detaching all electrical connectors as well as A-pillar and instrument panel pushpins. You should remove the audio unit to reach the lower satellite radio antenna cable where you should disconnect its electrical connector and detach the pushpins from the instrument panel. The installation requires you to perform the opposite sequence of cable removal steps.
