The air suspension compressor requires service and repair but only proceed after ensuring the air spring contains no pressure since working without proper pressurization can result in vehicle destruction or personal harm. The removal of an air line from the air compressor leads to potential injuries and air line damages because high-pressure air escapes without proper control. Initiate the procedure with the New Generation STAR (NGS) Tester while discharging pressure from the compressor/drier assembly and continue by disconnecting the battery ground cable. The windshield washer pump together with its reservoir need removal as the next step. The quick connect locking rings must go inside as users pull the air line to remove the connection. Disconnection of power from the air compressor starts the process followed by unscrewing the air compressor bracket bolts so you can remove the air compressor/drier assembly. Perform a proper air line installation by completely inserting the white air line into its fitting. Abnormal drive symptoms can appear when you reconnect the battery because your vehicle needs to adapt its strategy through driving for 16 km (10 mi) at minimum. The last step is to install the air compressor while performing an inverse version of the removal steps for proper system inflation.

Remove the air compressor electrical connector and then the air compressor bracket bolts.
