Disassemble the sway bar bracket bolts with four components including sway bar and brackets and bushings and throw away the sway bar bracket bolts. Administer torque value of 40 Nm (30 lb-ft) during new bolt installation. Surface detection of mating components and internal threads should include foreign debris removal as well as thread locking compound removal. The frame still allows sway bar bracket bolt installation but if it does not then remove the weld nut while adding a flag nut (N807634-S441). To finish the installation follow the reverse order of the removal process.
